I followed My stylist,Alex, to Urban Therapy when she moved from another Salon. She is very experienced and she always knows what is best for my hair. Alex always goes the extra mile for me and is extremely professional and experienced, while still being truly lovely and down to earth. I’m not really a “product” person but I have always loved the amazing smell of Aveda on my hair. I love the complimentary head and neck massage in non- COVID times and it adds something special to visiting Urban Therapy. Staff are professional and attentive but always friendly and the number of loyal repeat customers that they have speaks volumes. It is on the high end of prices but the lovely quality of colour products and the exceptional service make it very worthwhile for me.
