Environment was very relaxing, I enjoyed the candles and head massage during my hair wash. I also enjoyed the minimal small talk during the hair cut, this was also very relaxing. I had my hair cut by a lady called Claire, she did exactly what I had requested and gave me advice on how to maintain the style and look after my hair. I left feeling so good about my hair and very pleased with the cut. I chose to go to urban therapy as I like Aveda products due to being cruelty free but also the high standard of staff that work there. I was not disappointed. Thank you for my lovely hair cut abd experience.

A lovely cut and colour! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating which made the experience even better, I will definitely be back!

I always enjoy coming here because of its relaxed atmosphere and the customer service I receive. The hairdresser I had this time, Laura, was amazing. Really attentive, easy to talk to and definitely knew what she was doing. I could have been a bit better if there were a couple things though: - It was a little rushed - The lady who washed my hair wasnt very communicative about where I could keep my belongings or which chair i needed to sit in. It made it a little awkward. - They no longer seem to do a light shoulder massage as part of the experience. This was really disappointing as I always look forward to feeling super relaxed here.
