I went to the Nottingham Aveda on Sat with my mother -who has difficulty walking and can not understand English . I’m fact she has never been to a hairdressers before . The stage where so accommodating. They allowed me to sit next to my mum so I could talk her through what was happening. The ladies that did our hair have always been amazing.. but the lady as reception Tracey I think her name was was simply the best !!.. thank you very much for making this enjoyable for my mum .

Lovely salon and staff one suggestion though would be to get extra coat hooks as there was none left for my coat.
