I really enjoyed my haircut with Abbie. She is welcoming, bubbly, professional and I loved the complementary teas and massage that make the whole journey a special experience. I would undoubtedly recommend this salon.

This was my first time with Urban therapy and I specifically wanted someone who specialised in curly hair as I have been going natural for the last 10 months. My appt was with Ben and I had the best experience. He advised me how to look after my hair and style it and the cut he gave me was fabulous. I left the salon feeling a million dollars. Thank you

It was my first time visiting the salon. The waiting area was the only part of the salon that I think could be improved. The staff were lovely, I absolutely loved the complimentary head and shoulder massage. The hair was was also an added bonus as I didn’t think that was included in the service. The staff were lovely and when talking to them about my hair type and my concerns and wants from the visit, they gave me lots of good information. I would like to come back to see the curly hair specialist as there are still a couple of things that I wanted help with that I think he would be able to assist me with. Overall a very very good experience and I will definitely be back
