What a great place, environment and product - the people are very professional without being stuffy. I love the products used, especially because they are cruelty free and natural. Amy cut my hair this time and I love it! Highly recommend Urban Therapy.

I’ve been going to Urban Therapy Nottingham for a few years now and the team there are all wonderful. From being greeted by the lovely Tracy to the master skills of Haley, Abbie, Alex and all the rest of the team, I wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust anywhere else with my hair! I’ve had a few hair disasters from elsewhere and the team at Urban Therapy Nottingham have always been so welcoming, made me feel in safe hands and listened to what I’ve wanted. Recently, Haley has created this for me and I could not have been happier with the result, she listened to what I wanted, reassured me (after the previous disaster elsewhere!), and is so much fun too, a winning combination. I’ve had the best blow dries hands down here, nowhere else compares and I tell all my friends about this place. Definitely book in, you won’t regret it or go anywhere else again!
