Absolutely fantastic salon with really professional staff who know their hair! I only mark a few points off because I think you could up your game a little bit with the overall experience, or even spruce up the decor a bit? E.g newer magazines and little extras to make the customer feel a bit more special (for the price there are paying for their haircut). While the service and staff are faultless, the salon environment itself doesn't quite reflect this. It would make a huge difference.
