Constructive feedback....toilets need to be cleaner...plus there's a little bit of sparkle missing ....used to love the interior flourishes and extras...i.e. The adorned branches....it feels like there's a little bit of love missing....I love all the people and skills at the colour room but environmentally it's feeling a little neglected and in need of some TLC xxxxx

The service I receive from Paisley is fantastic. Obviously the salon is very tired and in need of a face lift and cosmetic update. Once that is done, it will be great!

Had a booking with Dan, Dan made me feel very welcome from the start. Hair hasn’t been cut for 8/9 months and I am in love with it I will 100% be returning.

Lianne was a great stylist and cutter very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.The hair cut was great.I have a lot of hair and was done in less than an hour. Just for your consideration to improve.I understand I came in on a very busy Saturday.I would have liked to be offered a drink which adds to the experience.I did notice that the cleanliness of the salon was a little neglected.I do understand it’s hard to keep on top of a large salon.There was hair in the chair when I arrived and the table in front hadn’t been cleaned properly as it was covered in hair and marks.I did notice there was also a lot of hair on the floor too. I would return due to Lianne’s skills as a stylist.However I feel some care and attention could be paid to cleanliness to improve the experience.
