I love my visits to Errol Douglas...I will only have Jeff to cut my hair since my first cut with him 2 years ago.He is the best . I also have had my hair coloured with Sarah twice. I was shocked however to realise on settling my bill,that she had increased her price by £100 ! My friend paid £150 in January and yet yesterday I was charged £250 without any warning which was a shock and sadly I will not be able to afford this in the future. I travel up from Portsmouth and am prepared to pay London prices but ..I do feel that I should have been informed of this huge price increase so that I could choose. Yours, Marianne Price

Experience at the salon today was excellent with Anna for a cut and blow dry. The only negative feedback where you could really focus on providing a better client experience for is the check out process and behavior of receptionists The girls at the desk are very abrupt and quick to taKe payment, but they never thank the client for visiting the salon or wish them a good day. Today, one of the girls behaved as if I were disturbing her when I asked for details of my next appointment. I'm spending a lot of money at this salon and should not be made to feel like I am disturbing the receptionist!

Love Gladys whom I hadn’t seen in 2 years. Your prices are certainly higher than the equivalent in New York but I’m sure you charge the going rate.
