I have been a client of Errol Douglas for over 30 years which says everything. The Salon and staff get better and better which considering the high standard over all the years, is quite the feat to even improve on that.

Perfect service from start to finish from experienced friendly staff at all stages, only exception to a perfect experience was another client having their dog in the salon, on their lap or walking around which wasn't a guide dog. The fact that her gown was then covered in dog hair rather than human hair (from a cut!) as expected made me cringe at the thought that, had I been scheduled after her, I may have received THAT gown.
