Very competent stylist, only down side is that my scalp is itching and hair has a very strong smell of relaxer, will ask for a more thorough wash and rinse next time, if only for my peace of mind. Otherwise excellent. Many thanks

The saloon is very busy and noisy. A bit to frantic sometimes. Pricing is going up a bit quickly. Anna is however fantastic, best haircut I have ever had (even if she is now not always getting all the grey ones!). She is always friendly and very very professional. Always look forward to my visit. This was my daughters first visit to a hairdressers for many years. The staff were very warm friendly and accommodating. They did an amazing job on Charlotte s mixed race (afro) hair. The only downside was the trainee assisting with the haie starighteners came very close to her scalp a number of times and she sustained a small but noticeable burn on her forehead.

Only my second visit and I felt welcome and pampered. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They also did an excellent job with my hair.
