Everything was great, really enjoyed both my visits, Errol with his professionalism and advice and making me feel comfortable. Only thing I would say is that Gavin (i think he was assisting) might need some more training. I asked to be seated in the middle hair wash section while he was washing my hair to avoid passer by’s since all the seats were empty but my near a walkway but Gavin said “no it was fine”. I did end up telling him it wasnt fine for me. And i wasnt offered anything to drink although i did arrive earlier than scheduled. Other than that it was very pleasant and I was very happy with my haircut.
