I had an absolutely great experience at the salon as part of a virgin experience voucher. My stylist Lorraine was amazing, so so friendly, put me totally at ease and was an absolute expert. I have never been happier with the finish of my hair. I would love to go back and getting the treatment through a voucher was fantastic as I was treated just the same. As a student, it is out of my normal price range and one thing I thought was at most salons I have been to a drink is included with your hair cut but the latte I had (although delicious) was pricey at £4. Couldn't recommend Lorraine enough though!

I was a last minute walk in booking. Everyone was very friendly, efficient and helpful. the kind receptionist picked out a great colourist for me. Couldn't believe my luck as I felt it was unlikely at the last minute I would get someone so good. Big thank you to Jade for her help. Knowledgeable, speedy but not at the cost of doing it well. Thank you for the wonderful advice, love my highlights and I will definitely return.

I went to the salon today for a consultation. I was very pleased with the honest and detailed information I was given. I've been growing my hair in a natural states for the last four years, although I was given good advice about having my hair texturised, I did make an appointment. On returning home I decided that I was too worried about having my hair chemically treated again. As a result I cancelled my appointment. Sorry!

From reception through to having your hair washed the experience is wonderful. Professional, smiling, helpful staff throughout. I feel totally pampered. Special mention for Jade - best colourist. Many thanks

The shampooing at the sink was not the best. Very uncomfortable... too much hooking and pulling the hair from the young girl. I’m guessing more training may be needed ... although the girl was charming and polite.
