Very impressed with the new training salon. My facial was as good. if not better than any other facial I have had at a professional salon. Already booked in for next month.

I arrived at the reception desk on the 11th March at 17:30. One lady was on the phone another young lady was doing some work on the PC ,I was standing at the reception for at least a min with NO acknowledgement from the young lady at all ,I brought up the fact of her not saying anything to a client while standing there ! She said sorry and carried on with her work. What I find disappointing about this is that the young lady did not even think anything of it ,like it is normal not to speak ! A simple "she will be with you in a moment " makes all the difference Training to be a beautician is also about customer service . Maybe the trainers need to make it part of it because clearly it is not !

A professional approach and excellent value for money. Only downside is that the treatment areas are too small. Feels very cramped and can even get nudged by staff in next cubicle.

i had a very good spa session,ive used the salon before when it had first opened and wasnt really impressed at all,its seems to be coming along nicely without as many hiccups that it originally had.my only concern is that it takes a few weeks before you can get an appointment,i think the idea of starter imtermediate n fully qualified staff is a good one.so u can take your pick
