Fantastic pedicure and manicure, very pleasant young lady, told me she could see i was doing everything to keep my feet/ nails in good condition, so she would not give me advice on moisturising, how refreshing , very pleased with polish , was brought a lovely cup of coffee which i was grateful for after a busy morning and drive. Tutor friendly and bubbly , good atmosphere. Would have been nice to have pointed wood sticks, did not like plastic cuticle tool

The experience was very positive, the trainee in attendance verbalised any areas she did not feel confident and requested help which was enthusiastically provided. I expected the service to take longer and was prepared for that. It took 5.45 hours for a full head of foil highlights, cut and blow dry, so I think future clients would need to be aware of the time element to avoid timing problems and permit pre-planning by the client. The use of vouchers and loyalty card systems is excellent and promotes return. I have had problems making an appt with no response from calling or using the email address to make an appt, this was frustrating at the time. I will recommend the service. Thank you

I have been attending since the premises since they where in mansfield town centre, the standard now is far superior the premises are excellent the supervisors very attentive its run professionally and a pleasure to go there i have no hesitation to recommend it. I also think the offer of a drink makes an excellent touch

Had a lovely service during my appointment. The stylist was aware of my time constraints and was able to complete my service in time. The completed look was very satisfactory. However, a couple of days later I noticed that parts of my hair had not been coloured. This meant arranging to visit the salon again for correction. I am disappointed as the tutor did check my hair (briefly) before I left and didn't notice this.
