For value for money it's exceptional. Products are very good the students know what to use. Today I had an excellent facial from Holly. I've been coming to the college for many years it's welcoming from the moment of entry. Reception has excellent staff . I do think that the quality of service the students offer is getting better.Well done I love it.

I have been coming to the college since it opened ....I went to the previous building when it was at Regent St , and although the surroundings are lovely and I appreciate the students are learning ,I feel the prices I am charged have got out of control. I could pay similar charges at an ordinary salon and not have to sit for hours while I have my hair coloured etc. you can put up with the time you have to spend having your hair done by a student learning her trade if the prices charged reflect this . I am sorry to put this in my review but when talking to other ladies who have there hair done at the college they all say the same about the prices now charged

I've rated mostly 9 out of 10 because nothing is perfect. It has been noted by many visitors, that the prices are getting more expensive than they used to be & therefore are not the value for money like Revive used to be not so long ago. A small increase, no one minds - but the increases are not small & therefore value for money isn't being currently achieved.

The lack of wifi/data and calls reception is a bit on an issue in the salon - it would be good if students knew the password (since it changes daily) for clients. They had to go hunting for the person 'in the know' when I asked. Also, when I left to pay, there was no-one at reception and it was a while before someone found them. Perhaps this needs looking at - perhaps a student could man it and then call the person needed for the actual transaction...
