The reception staff were lovely, as was the teacher, the beauty salon is lovely. However, a lot of students were messing about during my treatment. Paris was very professional and the facial was lovely

Lovely salon, very efficient & friendly. Only issue is no phonecall reception in there, but they give you wifi password. I will be back!

The lack of wifi/data and calls reception is a bit on an issue in the salon - it would be good if students knew the password (since it changes daily) for clients. They had to go hunting for the person 'in the know' when I asked. Also, when I left to pay, there was no-one at reception and it was a while before someone found them. Perhaps this needs looking at - perhaps a student could man it and then call the person needed for the actual transaction...

I've rated mostly 9 out of 10 because nothing is perfect. It has been noted by many visitors, that the prices are getting more expensive than they used to be & therefore are not the value for money like Revive used to be not so long ago. A small increase, no one minds - but the increases are not small & therefore value for money isn't being currently achieved.
