A row of smiles and a wonderful aroma meet you when you walk in. Everyone is so attentive, and I was made to feel relaxed immediately, even before the complimentary head/shoulder massage. All queries, suggestions and definite 'don't do's' were listened to and discussed. I came away feeling a million dollars and very happy with my hair. Need I say more!

I am a regular client of Melissa's and I very much enjoyed my facial today. Apart from the benefit to my skin its a wonderfully relaxing and de-stressing experience which is much needed in my busy life. I highly recommend Melissa and look forward to my next treatment

A great cut and blow dry from Ruby and a relaxing overall experience. I had two apprentices provide some of my service and I can say with confidence that they were both polite and friendly and I feel sure that my feedback on their services will be used to help them develop in the role.
