I felt like a secondary citizen, to be honest. Livi was great as always, but I was sat at the side rather than down the centre, so was forced to use the basins at the side, which severely hurt my neck. Furthermore, no one round that side received a hand/arm massage while I was there, but I noticed that everyone down the centre did. If I return, I would like to be sat in the centre and use the comfortable basins. The £45 price tag is not justified when I have a migraine due to a sore neck today!

My facial was expensive, and involved rushed breathing and strokes, instead of slow and steady. I had never had a facial like it!

I booked a 45 minute facial, however it only lasted 30 minutes as I had to fill out a questionnaire and then I was left for ages after i had undressed (it only takes 2 minutes!) for £45, I would have liked a full 45 minutes as advertised.

the girl washing my hair was very poor. she hasnt been trained properly water in my ears

All our assistants go through a thorough and detailed training plan before working on our salon floor, however we will endeavour to re-visit shampoo training with all assistants to ensure this does not happen again.
