I received 2, treatments, my hair which is always amazing by Darah, I also had my eyebrows and lashes tinted along with a shape, this was the first time I had had them done here, I have had the therapist before for facials and she is excellent but when I got home and looked at my eyebrows I have had to pencil them in to get the colour more even. I was also charged for the shape which only ended up being a few strands removed with the tweezers at £50 for this treatment I am very disappointed

Disliked having to stand for hair to be cut due to new chairs. Love the rye retreat but this was not my favourite visit due to the hairdresser getting overly scissor happy. Other staff members and the added extras of the rye retreat however will ensure I return.

Lovely cut by Petar and great to come back but miffed I paid for a cut and blow dry but only received wash and cut hence my value for money rating.....

Hannah and Livy (?) are lovely, Hannah clearly is a very experienced, skilled stylist and Livy made a conditioning treatment special. All the staff are friendly and engaged. You feel welcomed and are greeted warmly. One small gripe, can drinks be offered at regular intervals by the member of staff responsible, it does not seem fair to ask the stylist's or assistants as they are busy.
