Staff are always polite, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I have noticed there used to be hand massages on offer as you were having treatment but this was not available this time. This was always a nice touch for a little bit of pampering. I always enjoy the care taken and all staff make an effort to acknowledge me as a regular customer. Thank you

Would have been nice to be introduced to the nice young girl that did my treatment. I would not be able to ask for her by name if I want to use her again!
