For the second time, staff have failed to offer the cocktail and ice treats included in my treatments. I didn't comment as I was on a diet and wouldn't have accepted anyway but I mention this as I am increasingly aware that the special treatment that initially attracted me to this establishment is beginning to disappear. I have absolutely no issues with the quality of treatments recieved.

There is no excuse for this as normally our team deliver a very high standard of customer care. We have spoken to our assistants regarding this and ensure it will not happen again. We pride ourselves on our 'extra touches' and appreciate your feedback to allow us to rectify the issue.

Top coat had run out so ended with a gloopy finish to toe nails. No other top coat available as salon had run out - more on order. Find it disappointing when products at end of their life as finish not as expected and nails don’t last as long. It’s not fair on the therapist as makes their job harder.

Had half price offer but sore cuticles today on 3 fingers with small cuts

New members of staff tend to be a little more nervous than some of our more experienced staff members, although it is still unacceptable for you to experience any form of cuts on your cuticles. I can assure you this is not something that happens continuously. I hope you accept our apologies and we welcome you back again in the near future for a free paraffin wax treatment.

Having had the same treatment many times before, I knew what to expect but sadly my latest treatment didn’t live up to the salons usual standards. The technician didn’t seem to sure of all the processes and in fact missed part of the treatment out. However, all staff were very welcoming and professional.
