I love my hair dresser as she is lovely and always makes sure I am happy when I walk out the door. It is a nice environment with friendly staff. My salon experience could, however be improved in two ways. Whenever I get my hair shampooed, it is always a different person who does this, which is of course understandable, however one day I am really pleased with how they give me a massage and how they are very gentle and the next visit the person is very rough and skips the massage. I think if they were more consistent in their technique it would make the high prices more justified. Which brings me to the next area of improvement, the price. It is just too high and getting higher. I may have to reconsider going to this salon if the price increases continue. It's a shame because as I said, I really like my hair dresser.

As always really pleased with my colour. This was the first time Hayley did my hair and she did a fantastic job and I'm really really happy with it. Thanks Jordan for making me feel at home, the lovely hair treatment and of course the lovely tea!

We seem to get a 2.5 for our value for money but I wanted to make you aware that we have different levels to choose from but all the stylists are trained to an amazing level and you could move to them for part of the service if you would like. Hi Steve, I just wanted to say thank you to you and the team following my visit on Friday - a lovely visit once again. Great salon experience, I felt comfortable and looked after. I absolutely love my hair Jordan. Thank you for being so patient and caring. I really appreciate the way you take the time to totally understand what I would like, helping me and letting me know every step of the way what's going on. You and the other girls in the salon gave great friendly advice. Totally recommend this salon and Jordan. I had my roots coloured to hide my greys, highlights, cut, dry and finish and came out feeling like a new woman. X
