The hairdresser didn’t achieve the style I asked for and my hair looked terrible for the event I needed it done for.

I arrived after 10am the salon was very cold. I was still cold when I left. I didnt have a hot drink as the coffee is awful. Seriously thinking of going elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Did not feel totally comfortable with end result, firstly the young girl said did I want it blow dried I said surely that was in the price. She stated U had only booked on for a wash and cut @ £34 I don't think so. She checked how much extra the blow dry would be but I said check the prices. She did so and realised it was included. End result was not great even my husband queried whether I had had anything done as it did not look ant different.

Since my last visit the price for the stylist and service used has increased by 20%. This is too much in one go and I certainly haven’t received a 20% pay rise to accommodate this increase. I enjoyed going to the salon, but the cost is now too high along with difficulty parking.

Lovely experience although my stylist did try to sell me a lot of products without giving me the costs. It is then a little awkward to ask prices of everything.

I had booked an appointment for Saturday. When I turned up I found that I had been double booked. Fortunately another stylist was available to do my hair and she was very apologetic about the mix up. Initially I was disappointed that I wasn't able to have the stylist that I had booked with, but Kelly was very friendly and did a great job.
