I honestly cannot recommend Jay enough! From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing; Jay took the time to talk through exactly what I wanted and matched my hair extensions perfectly- the blend was spot on. The application was so neat and professional. They feel lightweight, comfortable and look natural. Jay and the whole team made me feel so welcome. If you’re thinking about getting hair extensions-book with Jay!!!!

I always find the welcome greeting to be both friendly and professional. The discussion regarding the services required is clear and uncomplicated. The cutting itself is very professional, whilst the ambience and chatter in the salon is relaxing and comforting. I always feel valued as an individual and appreciate the remembered snippets from previous conversations, even after a lapse of many months. Highly recommended service provider!

Sam was warm and friendly from the start and very easy to talk to. She listened to what I was looking for and then explained the best way to achieve that. I felt relaxed and in good hands throughout and the time went really quickly as we had lots to talk about! I’m really happy with the results and will get booked back in again soon! Thanks so much x

I had a brilliant time today. Lucy cut & styled my hair beautifully I know I will get loads of compliments as I have had in the past. Good cut, good laughs look forward to my next appt in 5 weeks
