Overall a very good experience. Every stylist I have used - Sebastian, etc. and now Niamh have been professional andf friendly. Also nice touch of giving clients a drink and some olives/crisps. 40 GBP for a quick men's haircut is a lot but I suppose that is the going rate. I am a satisfied customer :-)

As always, the welcome was warm, the service was professional and the salon was noisy! We discussed making the colour room (and loo!) a music-free zone -- it would be great to have a quieter space for those of us who prefer it that way. Thank you!

I'm a regular client to Spoiled, and they always are are attentive to your requests and are friendly. They regularly ask me what specific blend of colour I want for my highlights each time and have great attention to detail with the way they prepare a colour for you, taking their time. Never had a complaint and come back with great results every time! Thank you for your services.

A consistently high standard over some 6 visits to date. Client requests carefully sought and answers listened to in unhurried way. Leah focusses on client in front of her and the job in hand and completes it really well. No heat pump/air con in evidence but has not felt too humid or hot so far. Efficient and runs to time, allocating sufficient time for the task. Online booking system helpful.
