Having received a voucher for The Skincare Centre, I chose to have a lash lift. But i have eczema on my eyelids and I thought the team handled the trestment with care and knowledge. They even advised me of different ways to hydrate my skin.

My treatment was perfect and the therapist (Isobel)was friendly and professional. I received some really helpful advice. The receptionist, although friendly, was looking at her mobile phone on her lap when I arrived, which didn't look professional and was a bit surprising for this salon. A very nice experience however, and I will definitely return for the knowledge of the therapists and the treatment received, thank you.

I totally agree that it would be unacceptable for the receptionist to be using her personal mobile phone but we have a dedicated mobile phone for the salon which is kept at reception - enquiries@juliegamble.co.uk or 07392489211 - This was introduced so that clients would have the option of texting or emailing with enquiries or appointment requests. I have been visiting Julie Gamble's clinic for a few years, off and on for a few years now, and had several different types of treatment. I find it a relaxing way to spend a couple of hours, and always feel somewhat pampered when I leave. Whilst I have a preferred therapist (Charlotte), but even when it has not always been possible to book with her, I have found the same high level of customer care and personal service. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

This was my first visit to the Skincare Centre. I phoned the centre a few days before my appointment to ask a few questions and I was impressed by the information I was given by Eleanor. Eleanor also did my treatment and I have to say she was excellent. She was professional,friendly and was expert at what she did. I had a lovely experience and plan to go back to the Skincare Centre again.
