I was so disappointed. Went for a lash lift/tint and eyebrow tint the day before my holiday but they had messed up the patch test and hadn't done one for a tint. It was too late to go anywhere else so I've had to get waterproof mascara for holiday which was the main thing I was trying to avoid. And they still charged me £40 for lift (£45 for lift & tint), yet they were going to charge me £15 for eyebrow tint. By my maths that should have been £30 for the lift at the most as it doesn't really look any different without the tint, although a further reduction for their mess up would have been nice. Won't be going back,it was empty when I went on a Saturday for the patch test and I can see why. This review isn't a reflection on the young lady who did my lash lift, she was apologetic, it was up to management to realise the mistake but I guess unless you're the sort of person to kick up a huge argument (which I'm not) then they think they can just get away with it and not have to compensate customers.

I am very disappointed with the manicure I had. I had a pale nude gel. Unfortunately when I got into the natural light I could see pin prick bubbles in three of the nails. The nail texture felt rough on several of the nails but by applying a clear varnish at home removed the roughness. Today after having a bath the nail varnish on one nail started to lift. I am travelling abroad tomorrow and will find a beauticians to re do. I have tried to take photos but quality of picture doesn’t really show the poor manicure.

I always had a great experience at JB and don’t get me wrong the customer service was excellent, however the final product was extremely disappointing. I had a manicure where almost none of my cuticles was removed, and the gel has such a huge gap that it looks like my nails were done a week ago. The facial was disappointing that none of my blackheads were removed. I was told that I had none. Was very surprised but thought that they came out with the pre cleaning. They didn’t, my blackheads are still all there. The best thing of the facial was that led light was used and helped with broken vains on my cheek. The waxing… was incomplete. I was left with a layer of hair around my mouth and random hairs were left on my eyebrows. I was really disappointed as never before I had any issues. However all the staff was new. I would only return if I knew I would have the old experienced staff to do the work.
