I enjoyed a lovely relaxing morning having my nails re -gelled by Charlotte who is always most professional. I also have regular pedicures and facials with Charlotte, which during the facials she always offers good advice about skin management. I also always find Claudia most friendly and she spoils me with a lovely hot chocolate which is most welcome especiallt on these cold winter days. Cannot fault the service. All staff a credit to Julie.
