I have been to the salon a few times & in previous visits I’ve had a very good experience. In my visit yesterday the complimentary head & shoulder massage was good, plus the haircut and drinks. However, the lack of friendliness & interaction from the lady cutting my hair was not an experience I have had for a long time. She may have been having a bad day, but I was disappointed she made no effort to converse and seemingly couldn’t wait to finish my haircut. It was a shame as the haircut was good.

3hrs for cut and blow dry was a bit much nothing like the picture I supplied

Had a lovely pedicure followed by hair cut and dry. No issues at all and having used a more junior stylist I would use again - value for money.

the professional service was exemplary. Less so was front of house/reception which was awkward, less welcoming and gave a confused and less helpful first impression. Paying at the end was awkward and this is not the first time with payment machine not connecting with your wifi effectively.
