I had been given a gift voucher as birthday present for £50 and bought a bottle of the nail varnish used and paid an extra £28.50 sadly my manicure smudged shortly after leaving the salon. considering the price I would have expected them to have a dryer that would have set the nail varnish. the lady who did the manicure was delightful and my hands felt lovely after the massages however am very disappointed that the varnish smudged on 2 nails. really embarrassing as it was a gift or rather £50 of it was !

I was very surprised and disappointed to hear at check out that I was charged a surplus for Covid 19. When I made the appointment this was not made clear. I also don't think customers should have to pay for PPE gear as this is expected to be worn by government rules. It is not acceptable to charge this to your customers. I was not impressed at all.
