wonderful stylists but... inconsistent support staff. Some of the shampoos can be slapdash. Magazines not great. Used to be offered a hand massage but never am now. I don't feel it is a special outing like it used to be.

the professional service was exemplary. Less so was front of house/reception which was awkward, less welcoming and gave a confused and less helpful first impression. Paying at the end was awkward and this is not the first time with payment machine not connecting with your wifi effectively.

Had a lovely pedicure followed by hair cut and dry. No issues at all and having used a more junior stylist I would use again - value for money.

3hrs for cut and blow dry was a bit much nothing like the picture I supplied

Hi. We are sorry that you did not like your Free of Charge model appointment with us. You were advised that training appointments do take a significantly longer than standard appointment times, hence, why they are free.
