The cut is ok but I felt rushed through I was out within 40 mins and my hair just had the ends trimmed. There doesn’t appear to be any style to it I said I wanted some softness to my face and got a kind of fringe cut in just one length and halfway down the rest of my hair. My hair looks better as the ends have been cut but it looks the same and it’s not in a bob or my other choice shaped around my face. I feel quite disappointed as I have always like my haircut with your salon but this time I felt my haircut was rushed and my head got too hot through blow drying and I flinch d as it felt like it was burning although she did then make it cooler!!! Very disappointing. I would come back but not to the same hairdresser. Sorry

Alice is excellent and gets my colour perfect. I must say I think a rough dry could be given at the end of a colour service. I spent over £100. It is better that you can dry your own hair but it kind of defeats the point of a hairdresser drying your own hair. I don’t expect a blow day but one of the junior staff could give a rough dry. I’ve been come here for 12 years.
