I was very impressed with high quality Covid-19 safety preparations at the salon: the changes made within the salon itself, the PPE equipment used by all staff, the temperature testing and sanitization equipment, and the instructions sent to clients well before the appointment. I also appreciated the updates/instructions that were sent well before the actual opening for bookings.

Tactful staff much appreciated (as a cancer patient who recently completed ALL the treatments and surgery) during my first visit, since February, for a trim of new growth of hair! Thank you.

It is always a nice relaxing experience when visiting the Sally Adams salon. It starts with a head and shoulder massage prior to any treatment booked. The salon itself has a very relaxed ambiance and the products used are wonderful. The staff are always friendly and professional. I would not go anywhere else.

I had a great haircut from Charlotte - no radical changes, but she was careful to understand exactly what I wanted whilst offering a professional opinion. She also asked my opinion during the cut and was happy to go back and trim further when it wasn’t quite right (but was very careful not to cut too much and then revisit rather than the other way round). The other staff were very welcoming and took great care in providing an all-round experience, from the head and shoulder massages to refreshments (twice!). I will definitely be going back. Thanks to all the team for a lovely afternoon.
