Katy is always extremely friendly, caring yet professional. She's highly skilled and nothing is a trouble. Nobody washes hair like Katy - she gives the most thorough clean including the nape of my neck which, in my experience, is usually missed. This is followed by a wonderful head massage. She even provided me with a cushion which made a normally relaxing process even more so. Katy is a perfectionist so I know I'm in good hands and I'm always happy with my results. I have had this procedure from lots of your stylists on and off, over the 40 years you have been here.I cannot find fault with any of them. Each stylist is well trained and experienced and caring. I am fully of praise for everyone from the lovely welcome to settling up. Every is delightful.

I have been seeing Charlotte for just over a year now for my male styling cut & I trust no one else! She is the most sweet, genuine, professional and hard working hair stylist. I love our personal and real chats & her ability to read the room if I am feeling a little off that day or just like to sit quietly. I have always dreaded getting my hair cut with fear of small talk or if I am having a bad day needing to pretend I’m good for half an hour. But with Charlotte everything is just so easy, comfortable & you know you are always going to leave feeling much better about yourself! I hope Charlotte gets the recognition she deserves at the salon and is rewarded for her efforts. She is such a good example for the younger generation with up and coming professionals & feel like she sets the bar hig! Keep it up Charlotte you are an incredible stylist and human! I also always love the warm greetings & service I get from the minute I walk through the door! Joe x

I returned to Red's salon in Sunderland today further to returning to live in the area. I had looked at reviews on stylists and was not disappointed in my choice with Charlotte. She took time to listen to how I was feeling about my current style and helped me navigate what I wanted to work toward. I was very happy with my first cut and have every faith she will continue to get to know me, my hair and what I need. I found exactly what I was looking for and will be returning soon for colour treatment. Highly recommended.

Booked a re style with Charlotte and she didn't disappoint. Expert advice , great chat and a fantastic haircut! What more could you ask for. Thank you Charlotte, I'll definitely be back.
