I am a long standing customer and show loyalty in my recommendations. If there would be anything I would change it would be to be informed in advance of a stylist leaving the salon, this has only happened once. I receive excellent customer service in all other areas, that’s the only thing that let it down. Also if an appointment needs to be rearranged this should be done with as much customer service as anything else on several occasions I have had a "there's nothing else available" response from some staff while others almost bend over backwards to get an alternative. This is a real let down. All the above being said the staff are second to none very friendly, professional and caring in the main. I know of less expensive salons, however, I enjoy the atmosphere and friendliness of this salon. I would and do recommend this salon to everyone.
