The system won't allow me to leave anything other than ten!!! This was a disappointing second visit to have my hair cut by Katie. I dont only feel scalped but she's also completely changed the shape of my hair which i didnt ask for. Not the Christmas cut I hoped for 😞

I’ve been coming to Charlotte for my balayage for a while now, and she absolutely nails it every single time. She knows exactly how to blend the tones so they grow out beautifully, and she always remembers the look I like. My hair feels healthy, fresh, and effortless after every appointment. The rest of the staff are always so professional and attentive—they make every visit feel welcoming and smooth from start to finish. The atmosphere is lovely, and hair day has become my favourite calendar entry because I know I’m in the best hands. Charlotte and the team are the reason I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair and hair product advise. Thank you as always x
