Facial was so good! The lady doing the facial took time to ask questions about my skin to tailor the facial to me. Pool and other facilities were great and very clean. Only issue was no drinks were allowed around the pool other than water. No drinks facilities near the pool. Had to go into gym area or up to the reception for water.

My experience was different to my husbands my therapist talked about the treatments and followed up with advice this did not happen to my husband. The music during treatment kept cutting out but they did give us 10% discount due to this and we’re very apologetic. The spa is small but nice inside some lights out over pool but otherwise nothing wrong and pleasant to use.
