I did not have my treatment done by the therapist I specifically booked, i was not informed of this before my treatment or when I arrived. I was not asked what shape I wanted my nails, I was not asked what length I wanted, cuticles where not removed, they where pushed down and she used the cuticle cutters but didn’t actually remove any. The gel was not applied neatly or over the full nail, gel on my skin not wiped off, I noticed once my hand had been under the lamp and after I had left. Way too much gel on my little finger nail. Most of my nails already look as though I have had gel on for over a week. Photos taken after treatment. This manicure was definitely not worth £26.00
