Fantastic experience at the waterfall spa. My wife and I had the back, neck and scalp massage which was much needed after a long days walking in the lakes. The staff were very professional from the minute we entered the spa and were very informative regarding the treatment. We left the spa feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, thank you!

A very relaxing massage. Just the right amount of pressure and attention given to sore muscles. The therapist, Emily B was very good at communicating and made me feel comfortable. She responded professionally to my needs. Would definitely recommend.

I very much enjoyed the Clarins Rebalancing Massage that I had at The Waterfall Spa and feel that I will benefit a lot from the treatment. The therapist was very professional and helped me to feel comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend.

I had a Detox & Glow Facial, including relaxation on Wednesday 4 October. The whole experience was Excellent from start to finish and my therapist was very professional, thorough and pleasant. Your views from the Spa are amazing! I left feeling very chilled- out and will return when next in the Lakes.
