This was not my first visit to the spa & hopefully not my last! The staff here are always very friendly & helpful. Both Anita & Hannah were extremely helpful & nothing was too much trouble for them. Anita even remembered me from my last visit over a year ago!! Thankyou both & my treatment was absolutely amazing!

Lovely spa experience for the moment we signed in to the end of the afternoon. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Processco afternoon tea was a delight. Definitely booking a return visit.

I find the Salutation and the waterfall spa. My happy place πŸ’› .the staff are friendly and informative thay go above and beyond to oblige. The hotel and spa is fresh and clean πŸ‘Œ it's a 5 star for me . The treatments by well trained staff are superb. The food in the restaurant is excellent.. What more can you want from a hotel that gives a lot .. just excellent πŸ‘Œ
