The staff and spa are very good. However the changing facilities are inadequate. The ladies changing rooms do not have proper hairdryers. The wall dryers are right by the door so there is no privacy, and there is no chair, which makes it difficult for those with difficulties to dry their hair etc. The gents changing has no toilet or washbasin

Nice experience on the day but it should have been a surprise for my birthday. Unfortunately after my husband booked it through his email, I received the email to confirm it! I decided not to tell him and still let it be a ‘surprise’ but the day before they phoned my husband’s phone and asked for me, then asked me for full payment while on the phone! My husband was very upset about this. So I have no complaints about the treatment but should always contact the person who booked

The therapist was lovely, the service was good, the reception left a lot to be desired. The welcome and assistance when you first arrive could be greatly improved.
