Comment
The only really disappointing thing was that the size of the robes provided did not cater to the larger lady, which didn’t matter so much as we were lucky enough to have the spa to ourselves, but nevertheless was embarrassing when it was so much too small, & could have ruined the day under different circumstances. I haven’t experienced this at other spas in Cumbria. W also thoughtbthatbthe hairdriers could do with updating - a bit ineffectual. Overall though, a fabulous day in a beautiful spa and a great lunch. Well done to Emily who was so lovely and polite and gave us all special spa treatments.
