I have been going to Options for very long time, and I have always had positive experience and the saloon as been clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly and professional and the prices are good value for money.

Had an appointment with Courtney and she listened to exactly how I wanted my hair colouring and the style of the cut. I’m really happy with how it turned out and I will be k back very soon, I’m not sure if there has been a slight price increase as this appointment was my most expensive be so far but this may be down to the prices increasing, I’m not too sure.

Lucy was great as ever. She cares about doing a good job and sending clients away happy and feeling better than when they walked into the salon. I'm lazy with my hair and she made great suggestions about the colour that would work and I did indeed walk away happy. Thank you Lucy.

My first time at options and I saw James who was absolutely lovely, incredibly knowledgable and very professional. My consultation was very in depth and he explained how products would work on my hair and the best approach to colouring my dark roots blonde— I was very very impressed that throughout the appointment he was explaining what was happening and at no point was I sat there wondering what was on my head and what it was doing. He passed me onto a really lovely young lady who toned and washed my hair and he kept checking in on my hair and keeping me in the loop. When I booked my appointment too, all the staff were so incredibly professional. Jean booked me in and she was very friendly. Overall the customer service was top notch, the environment was comfortable, there were very efficient (I wasn’t sat there 4, 5 hrs uncomfortably) and the results were great- my hair looked lovely. I felt the whole experience was tailor made to my needs. The cost is what I would describe as a little pricey— I have paid more for similar results and I have paid less for similar results truthfully— but they got me in quickly, I wasn’t there all day and the staff are great too so I don’t mind too much at paying a little more.
