First time visit to the salon and I was extremely disapponted. The end result was okay but I felt as if I was rushed in and out. The young lady washing my hair was very rough with how she pulled at my hair whilst washing that I even had tears in my eyes. Going to the hairdressers is supposed to be a relaxing experience and this was very unpleasant so I won’t be returning. Even the frostiness from staff was rude!
