I never normally write reviews. I have visited Options hair salon for a few years now with the same hair stylist however she recently left and moved away, I was gutted. I was skeptical of changing stylists and put off returning. I went on Saturday for my colour and I was blown away. It was exactly what I wanted and I have to say it was the best and most natural colour I have ever had. My stylist, Lucy has recently received a promotion to senior stylist and I can totally see why. Thank you

I’ve had the best experience at Options! I initially attended for a consultation and cut / blow dry with Pauline who was really helpful and knowledgeable. I then booked a colour appointment and I was scheduled in with Corey who was beyond amazing. My colour at the time was not in a good condition and I wasn’t happy with it at all. Corey took time to understand what I was wanting and made really good suggestions, showing me photos and giving lots of reassurance that she understood the vision. Throughout the appointment all the other staff members were incredibly welcoming and lovely. The end result of my colour was everything and more that I could have asked for. Corey is incredibly skilled at what she does, and super lovely whilst doing it too! I really appreciated that Corey regularly explained things that she was doing and checked in with me to make sure everything felt okay. I will absolutely be back because the service was amazing and I can without a doubt trust Corey’s judgement and work. I get married in a few short weeks and I feel unbelievably happy with my hair which was not the case before my appointment. Thank you so much! ☺️
