the air con is often too high & can leave you sitting in a draft

Thank you for bringing that to our attention, It is a tricky one as everyone has a different temperature they are comfortable with...some clients ask to sit right under it. Next time you are in ask your stylist if you can sit near the colour bar as that is furthest away so you shouldn't feel a draft. Thanks again see you soon x

Lauren was very attentive, from the moment I walked in she made me feel at ease and took time to ensure I was happy every step of the way. She’s done a fab job of my hair and I’m happy with the results . I will definitely recommend this salon to my family and friends

I benefited from one of Octopus' special offers and it was really lovely....I was treated with all the all the courtesies of a one off client...but I paid a small amount of the appointments worth...thank you Dana and the team...it was lovely. When might thee be Prosecco Friday's again !😉Xx
