The service and assistance was great with no complaints but I feel it was expensive for two wash,cut and blow drys I payed £86

I booked for a specialized colour but was told at the appointment there was not enough time so went for plan b which didn't take very well. Wasn't charged and was told I could rebook but after paying £70 I was not going to pay any more. Disappointed that I spent all that money and still didn't get the colour I wanted. Have been to salon many times but unsure if o would go back.

Hair cut and blow dry lovely and ever since I've been going to octopus the condition of my hair has improved thanks To the lovely products I was recommended.
