Generally a pleasant experience. However, I had a new client discount offer so not sure if it would have been worth full price, unless a small head massage was included like at some salons. Also, someone else was offered the chair massage function whilst having hair washed, but I was not and was unaware it was unavailable at the time (though I was asked if I wanted my feet up).
