So so busy had to wait for a wash basin and sat with wet hair for 10 to15 minutes before I was seen by stylist.Far, to busy for size of salon. Hair ok but poor value for money.not the best experience had better at this salon when less busy. ..

Generally a pleasant experience. However, I had a new client discount offer so not sure if it would have been worth full price, unless a small head massage was included like at some salons. Also, someone else was offered the chair massage function whilst having hair washed, but I was not and was unaware it was unavailable at the time (though I was asked if I wanted my feet up).

My hair colouring treatment was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff are extremely helpful & welcoming. I am so pleased with the advice I received & the results of my treatment. I highly recommend Jo Anderson’s salon and will definitely return for future treatments.
