Overall, it was a great experience. The hairdresser who did my hair was very good and very knowledgeble. I was very happy with the end result. Although, there are two areas for potential improvement. 1) punctuality-salon was closed when I arrived (even though it was approx 10am). When hairstylists arrived no one apologised to myself and the other customer who had been waiting. 2)pricing structure- often with 'overlapping services' there is a combined price. For example wash, shampoo and treatment (one overall price) and any additions are charged separately. As it seems that these services are priced separately on your website, the hairdresser and I were both confused as to what the correct cost should have been. This may also mean that it is difficult for customers to budget as they may expect one price and be asked to pay another.
